Carriers and Delivery Options

We primarily ship orders through USPS, with occasional use of FedEx and UPS depending on the region and delivery requirements. Multiple delivery options are available based on the shipping methods applicable to your location.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping within the United States and Canada.
  • Calculated Shipping: For orders under $50, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight and packaging size of your order using Shopify’s shipping calculator.
  • International Shipping: We are open to shipping worldwide for orders over $100. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination and weight of the package.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days within the United States and Canada.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery times vary by carrier and will be shown at checkout.
  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking and Notifications

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s journey.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

We include shipping insurance on all orders to cover lost or damaged packages during transit. If you believe your package has been lost or damaged:

  1. Contact us immediately at info@boardbudder.com with your order number and details of the issue.
  2. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Returns and Exchanges

We cover all return shipping costs. If you need to return an item:

  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience.

  • At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
